- Initial consultation (1 hour) £50
This appointment provides you the opportunity to discuss your relationship with food and how it fits in with your lifestyle, your eating habits, cooking abilities and brief overview of your dietary history. You will be advised of dietary changes to help you get started and the best way forward for you.
- Consultation (1 hour) from £50
More comprehensive assessment of your diet and eating habits and the consultation also covers any symptoms, medication, lifestyle, physical activity and nutritional and dietary advice. Personal support, guidance and encouragement will be provided along with advice on how to implement changes into your diet to help you improve your health and wellbeing.
Only one consultation may be necessary. This would depend on the reason for your visit, the level of information to be discussed and the advice required to be offered. Should an additional consultation be required this would be charged at the same rate. Alternatively should availability permit and you wish to continue for a further 30 minutes this additional time would be charged at £20. You would be given the option during the consultation to continue or return at another date suitable to you.
- Follow-up appointments
(45 mins - 1 hour) £40
Follow-up appointments usually take place about a month after the consultation, to discuss any aspects of your diet plan you require additional help with.
- Personal Plan from £40
A personal plan of suggested dietary sources, ideas for snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided, taking into consideration your likes, dislikes and lifestyle; thereby ensuring your body receives the necessary nutrition required to help improve any nutritional imbalances and in turn help improve your general health and wellbeing and reduce your risk of any dietary related conditions.
- Dietary analysis from £40
This analysis provides a breakdown of fats, protein, carbohydrates, salt, vitamins and minerals and energy intake. Any nutritional deficiencies, high or low intakes of nutrients would also be revealed and advised how you can make any necessary dietary changes.
Personal support, guidance and encouragement will be provided to help you to implement any changes to your diet and maintain these changes.
